HOTEL POLICIES

 

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: After 4:00 PM

Check-Out: Before 11:00 AM

Late Check-Out: May be available until 6:00 PM for a fee (50% of room rate), subject to availability.

Early Departures: Subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Guest Requirements

Must be 23 years or older to register.

Children under 17 stay free with a paying adult.

Extra persons are charged $15.00 each per night.

Room Information

All rooms are non-smoking – this includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana.

A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found in the room.

Marijuana use is strictly prohibited anywhere on hotel property, regardless of state law.

Wheelchair accessible rooms are available – please call to reserve.

Parking

One free self-parking space per room.

Additional paid parking is available adjacent to the hotel.

Pet & Service Animal Policy – Service Animals (as defined by the ADA)

Welcome without fees or deposits.

Must be housebroken and under control at all times.

Guest is responsible for any damages caused.

Pet & Service Animal Policy – Pets (Non-Service Animals)

Must be declared in advance – pet-friendly rooms are limited.

Fees:

– $50/day pet fee

– $100 non-refundable cleaning fee per stay

– $150 refundable deposit (returned after room inspection)

Must be:

– Fully house-trained

– On a leash or in a carrier in public areas

– Not left unattended in rooms

Disturbances or damage may result in removal or additional charges.

$500 deep cleaning fee applies if pets are found in non-pet rooms.

Additional Pet Guidelines

Small pets 15 lbs or less are welcome with a $25/day fee per pet.

Pets must be leashed at all times and crated if left unattended in the room.

Housekeeping will not service rooms if a pet is left inside alone.

Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to a request to remove the pet or vacate the hotel.
