The Lighthouse Resort Inn & Suites values your privacy and works to earn your confidence when making reservations on this site.

We have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information you provide on this site. We will not give or sell your personal information (such as name, address, email address, and telephone number) to any person or outside company for any use. It will be kept confidential and used only to support your customer relationship with us.

The following is a list of hotel specific policies:

  • Check-In time is after 4:00pm
  • Check-out time is before 11:00am
  • Must be 23 of age or over to register into the hotel.
  • All rooms are non-smoking, $250.00 fee charged to any room smoked in.
  • Children under 17 stay free with paying adult. Extra person fees are charged at $15.00 per person.
  • Early departures are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
  • Late check-out may be available based upon availability on the date of departure.
  • Late check-out fee is half the posted rate for the specific room. You may stay up to 6:00pm if available.
  • Wheelchair Accessible rooms are available. Please call our front desk to reserve.
  • Free self parking is available for one (1) vehicle per room. Additional paid parking is available adjacent to the hotel.
  • Small pets 15lbs or less are welcome. There is a fee of $25 per day added per pet. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and crated if left alone in the room.

  • Housekeeping will not service your room if there is a pet left in the room unattended.
  • We ask if you leave your pet in the room unattended, that the pet is kept in a cage.
  • Pets making too much of a disturbance may result in a request to remove the pet or check-out of the hotel.
  • Deposit Policy: One (1) deposit required for all advance reservations.
  • Cancellation Policy: $25.00 fee for all reservations cancelled more than three (3) days prior to arrival. Cancellations inside three (3) days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.

HURRICANE IAN REOPENING UPDATE

We are now accepting reservations for all guests, but still undergoing extensive clean up and repair around the hotel property.

We will require a one (1) night deposit at the time of booking, any cancellations must be three days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.

We are still experiencing challenges with our WiFi service, due to this we cannot promise Internet or TV service.

We will ask you to sign an insurance release, if you choose not to sign this release, you will not be allowed to check in to our resort.

Our temporary office hours are 8 A.M. to 10 P.M. and the temporary office is located on the 2nd floor in room 508.

The available rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd and 4th floors and our elevators are currently unavailable. You will have to navigate the stairs to access your room.

Parking is limited to one vehicle, we have no parking available for large trucks, trailers, boats or RVs.

Due to our resort being under renovations and repairs; generators, power washers and electric tools will be run early morning to late evening. Please be aware there will be noise throughout the day.

You must be over 23 years old to check in.Your credit card and ID must match the name on the reservation.

Our Yucatan Beach Stand is only steps away and is open daily from 11am to 9pm.

Our Tiki Bar is open 9am to Midnight Daily, serving great cold drinks, Live entertainment and a new ever changing menu from our grill.
